EQUATORIAL Space Systems

Equatorial Space Systems (ESS) is a Singapore-headquartered APAC company developing rocket technologies for safer and more affordable space launch applications.

Using its proprietary hybrid propulsion technologies, including HRF-1 solid fuel and e-RAVEN oxidiser delivery system, ESS halves the cost associated with space launch, while averting use of pyrotechnic and explosive subsystems. It’s rocket systems are flexible in terms of throttling and restartability and are therefore suitable for all flight regimes.

Equatorial Space is currently developing a suborbital rocket, the Dorado, slated for market entry in 2022, and an orbital launcher, Volans, slated for its first launch in 2023.
