Rajinder Singh Bhatia is an Army Veteran and a prominent Defence Industry leader in India with over 40 years of experience.He is the President and CEO of Defence and Aerospace business at Bharat Forge. He is the chairman of Board for Analogic Control Systems, KRAS (A joint venture between Rafael and KSSL), BFPEL and Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited.

He is the executive director on the board of BF ELBIT Advanced Systems. Under him, Kalyani Group has forged partnerships and collaborated with major defence and Aerospace OEMs of the world and is today in the forefront of Defence & Aerospace Landscape in the country.  He is a key member of the Strategic Policy initiatives and directions as part of government sponsored bodies for Defence & Aerospace. He is the Chairman of CII WR Sub Committee of Defence and also the Chairman of the CII Sub Committee on Land Systems.
