WHAT WE DO

ISIC Japan is working in association with Japanese and foreign industry associations
to support its mission and to expand interaction with Japanese companies in a transaction environment.

FOCUS

The primary objective of ISIC is to strengthen Japan’s defense industrial capacity
through business-to-business collaboration and integration of local contractors with the global supply chain.

Business-to-business collaboration takes place in six basic categories:

ACTIVITIES

Council activities will include both educational and social events. Daylong, or half-day, seminars with Japanese and foreign speakers will be the premier events. Social events, including receptions and monthly happy hours will provide an opportunity for informal networking. Management teams from both private and public sectors will conduct research and provide training for Japanese companies and host a variety of events to foster engagement with their foreign counterparts.

  • Joint Defense Luncheons on critical issues with notable speakers and panelists
