The second hybrid seminar on “India – Japan Emerging Tech Initiative” is scheduled on 21st November 2023 from 1330- 1530 (JST).
The India Japan Emerging Tech Initative is a platform launched by the Embassy of India, Tokyo, to foster synergies between the two countries. This endeavour will explore cooperation in technologies and innovation leveraging India’s cost-effective, innovative ecosystem, and the high-tech industrial base of Japan.
India and Japan have an important role in contributing to the development of critical and emerging technologies and shaping future cooperation on shared values. The initiative will offer opportunities to innovators, startups, and deep tech creators to explore co-development models and commercial pathways for new partnerships.
The unique platform will enable and intensify cooperation for security, defence, disaster relief, law enforcement and first responder services. This will be a stepping stone for MSMEs to share views and build confidence for future collaborations.
